I have one for my 04 GMC 5.3, and it seems pretty good. Quite user friendly, and 3 different settings for engine, and trans performance. Overall, a good choice for a handheld.

it depends on what you are wanting to do. if you want a handheld that will do some little things like others then it will work. but for not much more you can get a custom tune that will blow it away and make you much happier. yay they will tell you that it will do as much as edit but they are full of .

No....it won't do as much as edit, or the complete tunes from the other tuners, but if you want something to get started with, it's pretty good. I got mine from Sky at www.wickedspeed.com. They were running a special for members of www.fullsizechevy.com. It was somewhere around $300 shipped.

i am with everybody else on this and the nice thing is if you ever did change your mind it would be really killer to have free upgrades (nelson) or 75 dollar updates (mti) you know so i am still with the others dont do a handheld or get hp tuner (only reason i didnt well actually theres a lot but even with the guy i know who would help me tune it i dont know if it would be as good as allens or mti's)
