Default problem with mil code after motor swap??

i keep on getting p0101 code "mass or volume air flow circuit range/ performance. i swaped from my 5.3 to a 6.0 friday night and it keeps pulling that code. i still have the tune from the 5.3 with a o4 ls6 cam. the 6.0 is stock with shorty headers. what could this problem be?
