I have the same problem. I had to put in a toggle switch in and run the fans like that. It is a pain in the *** because sometimes I either forget to turn them on or turn them off. Damn I need to get that fixed.

I have emailed him twice I am just waiting on a response. If I do not get anything by the weekend I will call him and find out or have him send me a new harness.

I emailed him when I installed mine. It took something like a week to get a response, by that time I had already figured everything out. Although, I emailed him on a Sunday one time and he responded that evening...

You guys with the problems: If your manual switch is working properly, then there is nothing wrong with the harness - the problem is in the terminal connector for the PCM.
Either it is not in the Blue pin 42 location or it is not seated properly. It is a very difficult thing to do (getting it seated properly). Check it out.

If you manually ground the blue wire that goes to pin 42 and the fans come on low, then you know that everything from there on back is OK, and either the pin isn't seated in the PCM, it's in the wrong spot, or the PCM isn't tuned to ground pin 42...or the PCM could be faulty not allowing pin 42 to ground.

I dont understand unless nelson forgot to tune the PCM for the fans. I had told him about it and I still have not heard from him about it. I double checked everything today and it is all installed right.
