Angry problems after heads and cam swap

Well when we turn it on the mssg board says engines reduced power. The scanner reads a misfire, hp tuners reads immature fuel so missfire, and the diagnostic said the timmking was off. I've changed sparkplugs and wires, checked the fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel relays, fuel filter, changed the throttle body, had the pistons reringed and the block honed out. We tried different ecu's, I've swapped the heads and engine and still nothin. So I'm convinced that its an electrical problem.
Oh and I checked the coil paks, and changed the fuel injectors.

this is one my friends silverado ss we cant find the problem anywhere can some one help us out?

any help will be great

Need a little more info, what mods have been done (cam, heads, tune, specs?), did the problem start after cam and head swap, or after an engine swap, or was that done to try and fix the problem. Have you narrowed down what cyl is misfiring, or is it just random multiple? Does it miss at idle, or go up to say 4k and start missing (like a plugged cat converter). There's alot of variables...
