no but you better get a 3500 stall for it, because it will be a dog off the line, you should have good mid and topend. Oh yeah dont for get springs and push rods(stock length) but hardened.

I know this is a stupid question but why do i need such a high stall? It will be in a 71 blazer with a TH400.

well if the avatar is you blazer, then yeah that's why. you'll need a higher stall to get that big thing moving b/c you are going with a cam that has too much duration for that vehicle. the lift you chose would be good. but bring the duration down to 220 to 224...
