If the belt is squeaking due to slipping, try some valve lapping compound...it'll actually provide better traction for the belt on the pullies (spread it on the belt and pullies). If it's the pulley itself, you could give the stuff that 1slow01Z71 mentioned a shot, but you have to try and get it into the pulley's bearing area, if possible. You don't want to get any sort of lubricant on the belt itself as it will allow the belt to slip.

try some tire crayon that stuff they use to mark wheel weights on tires w when u get a flat do it while its running on the belt it might quiet it for a little while so the squeek doesnt annoy you

Dry teflon lubricant. Same stuff I use on my moutian bike chain/sprokets/derailurs. It will not allow dust/dirt to stick to it like most oils or wet lubricants do. I had a problem with my AC compressor clutch squeeling when not applied. Tried several wet lubricants without longterm success. After cleaning it then using the dry teflon spray, it hasn't squeeled since. That was ~2 years ago.

where can i get something like this i sprayed some belt dressing stuff on my pullies and the sqeal went away for a secon then it went to a realy load sticky squeal and is driving me up the wall its been like this since i done the eng swap but when i went to arkansas it was queit as can be and then i come back to freakin maine where its cold and the very next morning the squeal was back.
