Default Question on turbo size. Is this to big?

Turbonetics T-72 ceramic ball bearing turbo. Specs are as follow compresser wheel induser 72mm , turbine exduser 65mm , .68 A/R , T4 flange , 3'' V band clamp , ceramic ball bearing big shaft , oil cooled. From what I understand about turbo's this sounds good for a stockish setup. School me if I am wrong. This unit is slightly used and I can have it for $800. Truck is going to have an Isky Tripple 12, headstuds, and stock converter till the 4L80 is ready.

Don't buy it, the A/R is way to small. You can get a NEW TC72 with the F1-68 turbine and a .96 A/R for a couple hundred less in a journal bearing configuration. What engine is this going on? It's small for a 6.0 and the ball bearing isn't really needed unless you have money to spend. The turbo I listed, TC 72 - 68mm turbine - .96A/R, would make a great street turbo on a 4.8 or a 5.3. The Isky Tripple 12 has -12 degrees of overlap and would provide instant spoolage when combined with the TC7268. Goodluck with your project!

Thanks! I have a 5.3 right now but also have a 6.0 laying that is going in later. I figured the wheels where a bit on the small side but wasnt sure about the AR ratio.
