Yuip you sure can just use your tb. EVERYTHING will swithc over I mean everything external. Get you a nice low mileage LQ9 that you wont have to rebuild throw a tr224 cam in it which is mild for a 6L put a trailblazer stall in the trans and run 13s in your truck but still get good mileage and have great around town drivability.

Yes you can run an 03 LQ9 but you have to use your intake cause the 99-02 have a return line 03-05 are returnless. You can use your cable tb on the 03 eninge like I said use your intake you have now on the 6L. Put a tr224 cam in it with a trailblazer stall in the trans with a vette servo transgo HD-2 hift kit remove 80% TM and have a DD with great highway mileage with 60-70 hp increase over the 5.3 and run 13s in an ecsb Z71. Now if only I would have went that easy route

Use your computer get it tuned for the 6L. Get Allen Nelson to do it he knows his ****. No adapter needed t get the 6L to bolt up to the 60e. Definately do what I was saying to the trans to make it last if you beat on it at all.
