Default Questions about my last time at the track

I got a 14.9 at 88mph in the quarter. Shouldn't my speed be higher than that? I spun through most of first and then it felt slow as in heat soaked towards the end of the track. Am I just getting ridiculous heat soak? I think I might have a log of the last 10 seconds of the race but I need to find it.

i ran a 14.9 last summer with a 100 shot on my hoe at about 91 mph but i hooked completely at the start..... shes got a fat *** to keep those tires planted. yours doesnt sound that far off. i would tell you to get some street slicks but that poor tranny would hate hate you IMO.

Oh ok, it sounded wierd to me so I figured I'd see everyone else's opinions on it.

Sprayed: I honestly have no idea how the original tranny is still holding up bone stock w. only upped line pressure after 80+k miles.
