Do y'all think I'm gonna have clearance issues running a cam with this much lift on stock heads? Here is a link to the cam specs.

similar to what comp recomended for me a couple years ago when I was on 40"s

Pretty good cam. These newer lobes Comp is using with the LSR cams are making good power and torque, those look to be the LSL lobes.

You could have 1" of lift with the right valve events. Lift does not dictate piston to valve clearance, duration and LSA do. In short yes you will have no issues with piston to valve clearance.

It will be fine and that cam is good for a heavy vehicle is what everyone says.
Other guys on other truck sites are using that cam with stock heads and no issues.
