I understand that E85 / flex fuel 5.3's have 33lb injectors, thats what my tuner said! So we used the 5.3's on my 6.0 converson.

injector size for the ls1 is the same too I think. i'll check my book when I get home
im using the ls1 motor with the truck intake and coils. also using my trucks injectors over the ls1 injectors only because mine are lower milage so no worries there

Yes, but the plain 4.8/5.3/6.0 injectors are around 26#'s

Not sure what the LS1's are, but if you cam the 5.7 you may be close on the duty cycle with the truck injectors. The 8.1's are a direct swap over the LS1's, worth it IMO.

for my old setup i ran 6.0 coils on LS1 brackets, as for truck coils see i dont beleive that since i used truck coils on the pinks car which used a car harness

thanks quick...so i plan to use the 5.3(lowest miles) injectors with the truck coils on the truck intake...thanks for the answers guys

also putting 100 shot of spray through the combo with the stock 98 ls1 cam which is the largest stock cam over the years. the injectors should handle that no prob right?
