Default QUIET exhaust opinions

Im redoing the entire exhaust on my truck.

*old set up* pacesetter lt's, to an x pipe then 2 12'' bullet mufflers.

*new set up* I ordered some new pacesetter lt's and an ORY.

Now I am looking for a nice quiet catback, ive been considering the Gibson 5700 catback. It is a nice big muffler single in dual out and it runs all the way to the back. Anyone know of a good exhaust for around $500?

Also Corsa touring. Little more pricey but definitely worth it

And im not looking for stock noise level, i just want something i can drive the truck and still be able to talk on the phone. Im now looking at gibson and corsa, if the exhaust is not quiet enough im going to put cats back on the truck.

Yeah the Big Case (long) Magnaflows are quiet, spintech sportsman XL is also pretty quiet as the XL means extra long case (16 inches IIRC) and has 8 spin traps inside the muffler to tone it down instead of 6 which the non XL version has. Some of the magnaflows get 22" or so, maybe longer.

Here is a chart of the spintechs btw.

Actually the corsa DB catback kit (the newer round style muffler) are not loud compared to let's say a corsa sport.

Here is a video of the Corsa DB catback kit on a stock 5.3L with it dumped on factory manifolds, cats etc.. Its not loud at all for being dumped, but if you have a Cam and LT headers its going to start getting louder regardless.

I'd have to find the exact numbers, but look on this page. Probably want to go with a 12" bullet, 7" diameter, in front of a big case oval Magnaflow, over 20" in length.
