Default Radiator size

How do you measure a radiator? the total width or just the width of the area where the fins are?

I've done a lot of searching and reading, I'm getting a 34" radiator, from genesis auto sports it's the one without the engine cooler,I checked and the holes are there to mount it. Shipped it is $152.00, Now I need to find a new set of fans to put on it.

I have the one from Genesis as well, and it's a great fit, and great buy for the money.
