I'm gonna agree ... 15psi and you should be making some more power. I think something's wrong there.
Have you thought about tuning it yourself?
Obviously so since you got screen shots with HPTuners.

I agree as well. Torque numbers are pretty awesome though. 
I changed the plugs last night and number 5 was fouled, like it hadn't been firing properly, that could account for some reasons. I am going to get a 3" pulley from Allen and have him help me with a tune, then i'll tweak it on the dyno. I'l also like to get some numbers running 110 octane and the smaller pulley. Would be good for some nice numbers.
