Thats just it Ben, you have heard numerous tuners TALK about it. I have sat in the vehicles that John (Crash Dummy) has tuned, there is not much room left on the table for more power. I would not call 16-17* of total advance on a boosted truck on 91 octane "tame".

I would gauge my SOTP monitor at least on par with yours....and I know what tuning did to my Radix truck.

Well, let me rephrase that, i have sat in the cars on the DYNO and seen what can be done....10-20 RWHP MAX is left on the table on California 91 octane. You might see 25 on the highest grade available a the pump elsewhere.

Brian - I was anywhere between 19.5* and 22* timing on my Radix after tuning. Just looked over a few of my old EFI Live runs. With a 2.9 pulley and 9.5lbs of boost. Be glad to send you some of my old files.

I'd say that the 16* stock Radix tune left quite a bit to be desired.
