Rock,
No I don't have e-fans. Have thought about it but I'm not sure how hard it is to do. I know you get a few extra ponies out of it (15 or so?) but how would this help the A/C or I/C? Do they just stay on longer or do they actually run faster and draw more air? I know you can program the temp and speed at which they come on but couldn't you do that with the stock fan as well?

No problems here, been 100 degrees recently.

No, you can't program anything with the stock fan. It is a mechanical clutch that locks at a certain temperature, no way to change it. There are two triggers with the Nelson harness that I bought: PCM temp trigger and A/C trigger. They work together like this:
Temp trigger on, A/C trigger off: Both fans on low speed
Temp trigger on, A/C trigger on: Both fans on high speed
Temp trigger off, A/C trigger on: One fan high speed, one fan off

When the A/C is on and you are at idle, the e-fans will move more air and keep your a/c colder than the clutch fan will. When you get up to cruising speed it obviously doesn't matter as much...the clutch fan can keep up just fine. I think the fans were definitely a good choice, I would do it over again. It's really nice to not have the drag on the engine, especially during the hot weather here when the clutch fan would normally be locked.

I didn't read the whole thread, but from the 1st 2 posts, I've had no problems with the intercooler affecting AC performance. If the fans are on high, there's plenty of air moving across it to keep the AC blowing cold. I have noticed though, the motor temp will come up off the 175'ish mark up to about 200 in worse case scenario with the AC going. I've never seen it get aove that though.

Except my towing problem (not related to intercooler), I've never seen my engine temp come off of 190. I have yet to experience 115 degrees though - only gotten up to 100 or so here.

If anything my a/c runs better since the install of the e-fans. It's because of the constant airflow across the condensor. The temperatures are definitely hotter with the intercooler in front of the radiator - the efans come on much sooner than they did without the Radix - but it hasn't made any difference in a/c performance.
