I bought a wrecked 03 silverado for some parts and had an exhaust system on it. Its dual 2.5 w/ tips with a ravin muffler. I put it on my truck (2k gmc 5.3). Sounds really deep and nice tone to it. But has anyone heard or have this setup? I'm wondering cause I've never heard of them.

Had one my 00, they do sound good. And good strait threw design with the wave style baffles.

My roomate put one on his 05 Ford 4x4 and it sounded barley louder than stock to me. Kind of a waste of money it seemed but yours was free and you can't really compare exhaust notes from Ford to Chevy.

i've got two ravin mufflers with turn downs on my truck. they have a real nice deep tone but they drone real bad about 75 mph

the "Ravin" brand muffler is distributed by Midas Mufflers as a private label.
I had one on my old 1995 S-10 with the 2.2L and it actually made the 4 banger sound pretty good.

Wow man I thought I was the only person who has ever heard of these mufflers! Here in my area of the country they are extremely common. Cheaper than an Flowmaster and much louder.
