A recent article in Hot-Rod magazine about the LQ9 6.0 liter truck engine had the gain at 25 HP and 25 ft-lb for the headers (at the crank). That's pretty significant. I am trying to get in on a group buy for a set of the Dynatech SuperMAXX headers right now. That is the system Hot-Rod installed to get the gain.

Oh...and I plan on getting a re-tune when I install them. Nelson said I would definitely need to. I'll throw in my 160 t-stat at the same time so he can tune for that as well.
