Default Reinstalling injectors

How the hell do you pop the injectors back in there hole? I removed all of them to have them flow tested and now they don't seem to want to go back in. I don't want to bang on them and damage them. Any ideas?

Put a little oil on your finger tip and rub it around the o-ring. They will pop right in.

I use silicone spray lube for my injector swaps. I feel oil will deteriorate the rubber O-rings over time, no?

Been using it for 8 years on the same o-rings. They still look fine.
