Default relocating MAF

Is there any advantages to putting the MAF on the throttle body. I saw a picture here of someone that has it on the Throttle body?? I am planning on running a 50 dry shot on my truck would it be better to put the MAF on the throttle body, that way the gas is not spraying directly at the MAF wires. !!

Thank You.

I did it because i had some trouble with such a big dry shot. It was freezing the MAF and even bent the wires that cross the MAF. With the TB where it is the NOS has time to expand and not hit mostly one point. Since its been moved I havent had any trouble with the 225.

How about just moving the nozzle past the MAF?
I know of one member here who has this way. I posted this question before and never really got a straight answer. Maybe this is secret mod that yields several ponies at the rear wheels

You cant do that with a dry shot. It has to go through the MAF. The MAF adds the extra fuel for the NOS. Other wise a small 35 shot could blow your motor.
