Relocating my IAT sensor to the manifold
I have an IAT assemble (minus wiring, gromet, etc) from a friend's 99 truck. I am going speed density on the truck and need to relocate the IAT to a point after the meth injector anyway.
BigTex pointed to the unused EGR space in the intake manifold as a good spot for plumbing in the new IAT sensor and I'm trying to work out how to mount it there and keep it there under boost.
I've thought about glueing it in, but then if the IAT fails for some reason, I'm screwed. Any ideas?

Silicone it! You should be able to break the seal on silicone if you have to, but it will hold until then.
I'll think on it some more and see if I cna come up with something even better.
