May I ask why the need for lower temps?

i dont have mine in, but i also only drive mine on sunny days with a zero percent chance of rain. I might put 2,000 miles a year on my 04 I think it looks bad *** b/c my wiring is all hidden and the ecu and fuse box is under the center console so there are no wires showing
