Default Replaced MAF Sensor now P0102 (Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input)

So I de-screened my stock MAF sensor only to find out later that it's not a good idea and can hurt performance. I didn't have the screen anymore and probably damaged it anyways, so I bought a used OEM MAF sensor on eBay. It looked good, was clean, so I installed it and 150 miles later got P0102. Truck ran like normal however.

I cleared the code and it hasn't come on in the last 5 miles.

Should I be worried, or start looking for another MAF sensor? My truck has been getting awful gas mileage (13-14mpg highway) so I'm trying to fix any and all issues. Thanks!

Thanks!
