Default Think these will pass visual inspection?

I need some resonators that look like catalytic converters

Do you think the ones below will pass for cats?

Hell yea. Weld on some O2 bungs for the hell of it!!

I agree,,, that way you have somewhere to put dual WideBands in the future..... WIshfull thinking.....

Its a performance shop in salt lake city he said they are custom made and use em on porshes.
I got the last two if you want the info send me a PM they are made locally and need a couple weeks leeway.

Had em put on this afternoon, took out some of the rasp sounds surprisingly deep.

The guy at the exhaust shop said: we sell cats that look exactly like that. I just smiled; they caught on when I told em where I wanted to put em theyre gonna work out great, just pricey.

may i ask how much you paid for a pair? also how long are they? can i assume that you welded them into a pacesetter off road y pipe?

I welded em on a custom 2.5" y pipe I made. Honestly in the end it would have been less hassle to just go ahead and get an ofr y pipe and make it fit; next time thats what Im gonna do. The one on the pass. side was very tight and had to be clamped
