Default return style fuel to return-less

what would need to be done to turn my return style truck to a return-less system?

i was thinking about getting a corvette fuel filter with a built in FPR and connect everything there, and run a single line up to the fuel rail instead of two. would that work, or am i missing something. this is my first time messing with the stock fuel system.

why is returnless better? it all seems the same. the fuel returns at some point...just from the filter instead of the fuel rail.

as for why. nitrous outlet didnt know that i had a return style fuel rail when they made me a custom hard line setup...as you can see, the fuel solenoid on the drivers side lays right where my fuel pressure regulator currently sits.

I say return is better simply because on my returnless setup and others I have seen get a pressure drop at WOT, mine drops about 5-6 psi, it may be nothing to worry about but it bothers me.

If you use the corvette filter on the rail, you may not experience the pressure drop I see. IMO mine drops pressure because the regulator is WAY back at the tank where yours will be at the rail.

Also my fuel pressure drop causes some tuning inconsistanceis, which again may not be a big deal, but it bothers me

I definatley dont want to see a fuel pressure drop with the size shot im planning. i will definately keep an eye on the fuel pressure if i go through with this. im assuming all of the camaro guys have seen the same problem being that they are all returnless setups...what do they do to get around the psi drop at WOT?

Just get an external regulator and move it...would be the easiest IMO.

I have the corvette filter on mine plumed to the TBSS fuel rail. It was the easiest way for me to put on the TBSS intake. The fuel system seems to be working fine. Still having problems with the TB, but that's another story.
