Default Rockers hitting valve covers

HEard some noise the other day. poped valve covers off to find this, aswell asl All of my rocker bearings very loose and pushrods all bent a cpl thousandths.
As far as I know this is a bone stock OEM 06 5.3 Vin T engine.
Bolt heads showed no signs of previous owner going into the engine.
Engine also had 22psi idle oil pressure. changed oil to mobile 5w30 and filter to ACDelco PF48, now oil pressure is 42psi idle.

What could cause this?

got a picture of the top of your rockers? I dont think the rockers are hitting. if they were, those little nipples would be flattened out. notice the little nub on the far left side...what ar the odds that the rocker hit all the way around it, but never contacted that little nipple. have you run any cleaners through the bottom end of your motor lately? oil additives, seafoam, trans fluid etc?

oil flow flows through the pushrods and comes out of the end of your rocker. a cleaner in your oil may have just left a clean spot above the rocker where it squirts out to start its journey back to the bottom end of the engine...or constant little squirts of oil in the same spot keeps that little area clean.

I did actually run some seafoam through it. but the clean area is on opposite end of the rockers from the pushrods.
why would all my pushrods be slightly bent?
