What kind should I use for a stock LQ4 and how much am i looking at.

save your money and use the stock ones, they are well proven and you dont have to adjust them... just my .02!!

What are the rarion for the stock ones? And if i get a cam what kind rollers should I get.

Stockers are 1.7 Ratio

And Keep the stockers, people like parish are pushing over 1000 horsepower with high lift cams and using stock rockers

Foreal, I thought that they were something like 1.5. And this is for an 2000 LQ4 motor.

Nope, all LS motors are 1.7

The LQ4 is an LS based engine. So it will have the same ratio.
