Is that sarcasm or are you being serious? I had 4 of the platinum tips missing in action when I changed my plugs at 35k.

no ****?! that's scary. i always trash platinum plugs anyway. never have liked/had good luck with them. still don't see how it would only do it first thing in the morning. it might make it rough, but it shouldn't change much with temperature. such as if it was started in the morning, drove it to work, it sits for several hours, cools down completely, then can be restarted without any problems later in the day. weird i tell you. i'm curious myself.

Guys, lets stay on the subject here please. This guy does regular maintenance, just no mods. Yes the plugs have been changed.

my '00 did the similar, but it would actually not stay running.
mine was too much K&N filter oil in the MAF

I do remember that thread, but did those cure these symptoms? Can you look them up for me again? I'll try and find the thread to.
