Default School me about injectors please?

I have a 2002 avalanche 1500 . I'm doing a TBSS intake and 243 heads and cam. Now I'm trying to figure out new injectors to use but the confusing part is I don't know if my injectors are short or tall and I'm not entirely sure of the type of connectors it uses. I don't want to use pig tails . I've been told marine 8.1 44lbs are a good choice. But for the reason of having other options what style injectors do I have short or tall and what style plugs are used on my stock harness. Any help is appreciated because I'm trying to put together all my parts ahead of time to cover my bases and minimize my surprises during the swap. So again what size short or tall and what plug style even what lbs would be helpful?

the regular 8.1 injectors would be fine for that combo, your connectors will work for them also they are around 30-31 lbs.

or the NNBS injectors (flex-fuel) 31lbs, will work but you will need the EV6 adaptors i believe, some one that knows for sure will chime in.

-what are the specs on the cam?

the regular 8.1 injectors are plenty for a h/c 5.3 , and there only like $180 , what cam are you planning on doing ?

It's not a 5.3 it a LQ-9 with full bolt ons and it will have the tbss intake with 90mm 243 heads and a cam around 220/224 600,600 with a few deg advance . The cam is being speced by pat g as we speak that's why I say around the cam spec above^^^. A couple of members did the exact same swap and they were pretty maxed out witht h 30 lbs so they went to 44 lbs. and I'm just following se advice . But like the tread Sadi I know nothing about injectors whether I need long or short and plunge style

You probably know this, but just a reminder, I believe you need a harness/x-link for the 90mm tb.

You're right, No harness.

My 2003/LQ9 factory injectors were short. The 8.1 marine were short, direct plug in. But when I switched to the 60lb semans, they were taller. I had to shim the rails and change the pigtails.
My GUESS is you use short. I'm not sure if your year and mine are the same though.
