The amout of RF coming out the antenna would mess up traffic lights, turn on rail road crossing gaurds, bleed over radio in other people cars, it would knock out the computers at drive thrus like McDonalds, set alarms off on houses and buinesses, just to name of a few things. Yes this was very illegal as the FCC only allows 4 watts on CB Radio. Was able to talk to people in Hawaii, all over the US, Alaska kinda of like HAMM radio operaters do. I still can't beleive I spent all that money on that crap.....when I could have been buying go fast parts for my truck (which was a 96 Chevy Pickup) at the time.

That sounds like a lot of fun actually.

If you're interested in talking to him, email him dominick@tds.net maybe he can help you out.

Here's some pics of Meade's setup...here is the link to the cardomain page if you want to check out the whole thing. http://www.sounddomain.com/ride/523384

just for the record, while those Alts are Iraggis' the bracket and all the work to make it happen was done by me with no help at all from Dom. Also they dont really look like that any more, those pics are old........they look like this now:

Dual 300's

I also did these here (on my friends Caddy Ext) which i think came out nicer than mine but it dont hurt to have that supercharger sittin next to them They are dual 270's
