Default SES Light...need help!

My truck has just over 41K on it, it is an '01 Silverado. I pulled my codes via AutoTap and I got the following listed:

P0171
P0174
H0171
H0174

Something about me running lean?

I also checked my LT fuel trims they were at 25% and the ST fuel trims were between 15-18% (they were constantly changing as the vehicle was on.

Any ideas on what the hell would cause this?

Thanks!

I think Ltrims set a code if they hit 26%. I get these codes with the Whipple and cam about once evey two weeks. I need to tune my MAF so Ltrims will no longer do this. I am not sure in your case what could be going on though. In the Freeze Frame Data recorder when those codes were set, I was cruising at 20 percent throttle going 40mph. I don't get it, you think it would only run lean at WOT...unless it was some PCM stumble when boost was put in at low rpm and fuel wasn't added fast enough. Either way I need to fix this before my emissions test

See, my truck is basically stock. FIPK and cat-back. Screen is still in MAF. The FIPK has been on for about 4K mi so I doubt it is from that.

Think it is just a fluke occurance?

Well ****, turns out I forgot to tighten down the hose clamp to the TB and the intake fell off slightly. It made the code come up. Got it taken care of.
