Without knowing the exact code, the easiest way to see if the O2 sensor is at fault (without the proper scanning software, infared therometer, etc), is to swap the front sensors side to side (as mentioned above), clear the code, and see if the code switches sides. If it does, the sensor is at fault, if not, you have a legitimate lean condition on bank 2.
