Default Shift kit 4L80E?

I was looking at getting my pcm done with no tm. And also so a stall and shift kit. What Transgo shift kit are you guys using? Also the convertor for this trans is twice as much than the 4L60E? Also there is no servo in this trans correct?

Look beyond Yank for a converter for that trans. MUCH cheaper and equal or better quality. Ask Parish.

That trans will stand up to the beating you can give it in stock form, but a shift kit is never a bad idea.

I've got a Midwest with about 600 miles on it. It was $750 and is awesome. I replaced it with a $1000 Yank and it is exactly the same drivabilty and performance wise, no better no worse. PM me if you are interested in it. I was gonna put it back in if I ever had the motor or trans back out and sell the Yank, but now I am selling the whole truck so I won't have a use for the converter.

i have a 10.5" tripple disk Precision converter. I am not sure of the exact cost but i think it is under $1000. they told me it is rated at 1600hp. just a transgo shift kit and no TM and that tranny will take a serious beating. FLP can build you a killer unit if you ever did blow it up.
