For those of you that have a 2000-03 5.3L with 3.73 gears, what are your maximum shift points set at? I need to know what MPH your trucks are shifting from 1-2 and 2-3 at wide open throttle. Also what are your rev limiters set at? Right now mine is set to shift at 47mph from 1-2 and from 2-3 it will shift at 89mph. Is that too high or can i do more? Or is that just fine? HELP

I have my shifts set for +3 and +11, I also have a 5.3L and 3.73's. I'm not sure exactly what the mph is but I know it lower than yours. My 1-2 shift at +3 is 5984 rpm's and the 2-3 at +11 is 5948 rpm's. I think that's about 44 mph and 84 mph respectivly. If your going up to 47 and 89, either you don't have 3.73's or you truck revs much higher than mine does. I tried the max for mine which is +4 (6112) and +12 (6016), truck didn't like going over 6K, seem to pull less over 6K rpm's.

mine is set for +3, +10 and my 1-2 shift is around 40-42mph, my 2-3 shift varies, sometimes it is super early, but on a good shift it is somewhere around 85-89
