I have used 3-4 MPH in 1-2 shift and 8-10 in 2-3 shift. You want to shift earlier in a stock tranny to minimize slip/over rev and with nitrous you aren't gonna loose much is any shifting 200-300 rpm sooner.

Well, i am currently using +3, as +4 set off the rev limiter ever since i got it back from a tranny service. i think they did some sort of upgrade or something. I will probably use +2 and see how it goes =/
