should 6.0 have trouble getting over 100mph?

Here's a 50 punch. This just looks pathetic. Does this look like normal acceleration for a 6.0? Mods are 93 tune, ported TB and 3" cutout. How can I get this thing to rev faster?

You need to verify in the tune you are referencing the calibration, and not GMLAN (one of the BCMs). There is actually a flag in the speed limiter section you need to check for this.
You can have the speed limiter turned off in the tune, and the BCM will still step in and shut you down at 100. But, normally if that happens its pretty violent. In the stock tune , it just stops pullling right around 100 MPH and will not go any mph faster.
If your RPM continue to climb once you reach 100, its simply a matter of drag vs hp, and big trucks don't pull really hard at those speeds. But, I would recommend that if you hook up a scanner and not be trying to read your speedometer of tach at high speed. In addition, I think it goes without saying that you need to do so in a safe and controlled environment.

I am quite sure all speed limiters are removed. I actually did a different run and when I let off the speedo was pegged at 100 so I was indeed over 100. I also never recalibrated for 1.5" taller tires so the speedo is slow. I guess I just expected a 6.0 to pull harder in 3rd. I'm thinking about a yank TT3000 and TR224 cam.
