I would have converted to a genIII engine for that price. You can get a complete 5.3L for $500, and the swap isn't THAT hard.

Its going in my 90 fullsize chevy. It has a 350, headers, chip and spacer. I just wanted more power than stock, direct drop in, with a warranty. Ill get some pics up shortly. Its bagged, smoothed dash and some other things here and there.
