Well iv'e been thinking about changing up my exhaust, i like how these trucks look with the exhaust dumping rite before the rear tire. Rite now my tips exit straight out back by my bumper. Also will dumping my exhaust this way(before the rear tire) sound louder, i have a 40's series flowmaster?

It will make it a bit louder and it will drone a little more compared to a rear exit. Here's the best pics I have of mine right now, I've been meaning to get some more...

Pretty sure that ones illegal if your inspectors care about that sort of thing. I don't know for sure about Lousianna, but most states say it has to dump 16" behind the passenger compartment, or something to that end...
Personally I like the look, but it would drone in the cab pretty bad I bet. I had a 90 1/2 ton ford with a 5.0. True duals out right in front of the rear tires, shortbed, so that wouldv'e been about 20+" I think, or so, it sounded awesome, but droned pretty bad on the highway.
