WOW. There are 100+ people in this room answering a staggering amount of phone calls per day. When I am away from my desk, or have all 3 of my lines filled theres nothing I can do. If you hit 0, it will send you to the 1st available agent which should take less than a minute total. If you absolutely need to speak with me then youll need to leave a VM if I dont answer. Sorry bud, we'll take care of you.
