Default Smoking Problem

Hey everybody I have a problem. Every once in a while I get a puff of smoke coming out of the exhaust. Usually if it idles for awile. The motor has 157K on it but my oil pressure at start up is 60 and warm is just shy of 40. I don't have any kitties on it but it didn't do it after I gutted them just started recently. Wondering if motor is going south or something else.

I'm thinking blow-by since it's a constant puff. Cause if it were the valve seals it would probably do on a cold start up and be done. Maybe not, just a thought.

Would the pcv valve or the egr be the cause of the problem. I don't notice it driving just when it idles.
