Looks like a power window motor on the side of it...

Yeah I was looking into a QTP when I came accross this, I really don't know how that motor will stand up to the heat.

That is a window motor lol. I hope they didn't put plastic gears in that housing. I'd say put some heat wrap on it, maybe that'll prolong the life of it..

It might be better than the QTP's I had 2 of them last 6 monts before falling apart . Now I have Dougs and have had no problems.

I pulled apart my QTP today and found 3 of the interior bolts that hold the motor together were loose. I greased up the gears and reassembled it making sure all the bolts were tight and it works again!

I'd much rather have a DMH or Raceready, but I'm working with what I've got (had it 4 years now).
