A stock truck will probably see a 15-20 rwhp gain from a tune alone. Adding an ORY and LT's will net an additional 15-25 rwhp on top of the retune.

You can figure rwhp:
Tune: +15-20
Cam: +25-45
CAI: +8-10
Pulleys: +6-8
E-fans: +5
Catback: +15
LT/ORY: +18-25
Converter more loose than your ex-gf: -(15-25) lol

I don't know about time wise, But my Lt's ORY and Custom tune with EFILive made a NOTICEABLE difference. You could tell it was way faster.
I'd do the LT's, ORY and tune over the gears. Mainly because you do hwy driving and it's going to not only give more power, but 2-3mpg increase. Gears will make it a bit quicker but are going to drop your mileage.

If he's acting like that...get another tuner!

You are not going to lose that much mpg by getting gears, you may even gain mpg in town!

A big converter WILL kill your gas mileage around town. Mine takes 2500-3000rpm to keep up with traffic below 40mph!

From every thing I have heard and read, I'm going to go with Wheatley here after my LT install. Fair price, great power, and no problems for the most part.

I should point out that you should install the shift kit CONVSERVATIVELY, note the emphasise there. If it barks the tires when it shifts on a stock truck, it's way to aggressive.

If I remember right .. you have level 1, 2, 3, and race. I went with 1 on the 1-2 shift and 2 on the 2-3 and 3-4 I think.

im choosing not to im just going to keep my servo and let charlie work his magic.. i want my 1-2 shift to chirp tho at wot. also im getting the haul *** button.. which will be all out power and i am going to use it only on roll races.. for the normal tune i want 75 percent tm taken out.. i dont dog my truck but i race like once a week and i take it up to 5800 like 2-3 times a week at most.. most of the time i take it up to 3.5k, when turnin on the hw.

i dont know much about tq converter lock ups but i dont think jesse did mine.

im tryin to think what else wheatley told me on the phone today..

oh yea he said that w4ms tunes are octane adjustable bc they arent as aggressive as his.. with him u tell him an octane and he will max it out for u.. and u can only use that gas.and he will take out as much tm as u want.. jesse only took out 20 percent of mine, if that..
