Default So I had Pat G spec me a new cam

Since I have to shift my current cam at 6900 and with plans of a Procharger at 12#, I wouldn't make boost until about 4k rpm. He recommended a 218/234 .598/.612 115LSA +2 using comp LXL lobes. Should make decent torque and scream up top, expecially with boost. What do yall think?

Patrick knows his camshafts so I'm sure you'll be happy with it. When are you going to order it? and from where?

Lotta split for a cathedral port head, but he's the guru.

Damn that is a ton of split! The specs are definitely surprising, but I would trust him if I were you. I love my cam, he hit the nail on the head with what I requested.

Where did you want your shift points to be? One thing I will say is that my cam definitely pulls past where he told me to shift it... not that I'm complaining I'm just saying haha.

If you don't care about part throttle tq then that ought to be a decent cam.

Sounds good like said he really knows his stuff so should be more then happy with it. I just got a cam spec'ed from him for my TT LSX with PRC ls7 heads... 235/235 .646/.646" 115LSA +3 with HUC lobes.

The LXL lobes are making good power and are easy on the valvetrain too!

thanks, I told him that I wanted to shift around 6400. And that its for a Procharger at about 12 lbs. I'll probably order it in the next month or two.
