WTF. I got screwed. My build was delayed for over a month because I was waiting for the cam. I should have gone directly through Comp instead of what Pat G told me. I guess thats my fault.

That cam will need to shift higher than that I'd bet money. The gt2-3 I had in my lq4 liked 6300 and your spec'ed cam is 10* larger on both sides. Granted your lsa is a bit narrower which will bring the rpm range down a little.

That cam will perform well with your combo it'll just be shifting higher than 6400. Any reason why you're set of 6400?

Since the procharger builds boost with rpms I dont want to shift too high. So... If I make 11# at 6900 I wouldnt start making boost till about 4K rpm. Or will it be ok? Any procharged guys wanna step in?

Andy FWIW I shift my cam at 6350 at the track and its a 222/226 that I had spec'd to run NA boost in mind. Granted I don't know how a procharger changes things as far as shift points compared to NA, but I probably wouldnt go much larger than a 222/230 or so. The other thing is those WCCH heads LOVE lift in the .580 range. Their .600 lift flow is actually less. Again I dont know how that changes with boost, but its something to note.

if youre gonna run 11-12psi you will make boost maybe even below 3000rpms.

I ran a vortech on my Z06, and with only 5psi at 7000rpms, I already made positive manifold pressure at 3500rpms.
