if there are 15 people willing then $10 a piece. we will see if there is enough intrest. i want to get my tuning with the megasquirt a little better, i have a 5day weekend starting now so should have time to get comfortable with it. then make an apointment, thinking about 2 1/2 weeks from now. give cmotorsports time to get the 408 to me too

 

this 4.8 is bone stock(engine wise) right?

i will have to accept the dyno, but i would love to see some more gtech times once you get the tuning done.

does anyone know what the the fastest 4.8 is?

parish what do you think the dyno # will look like?

 

my gtech showed 111mph, typicaly that is 5mph off, figuring 5000lbs and 106mph i get 404rwhp. the calculators have been very close to my actual dyno numbers.

so, lets assume i am at 400rwhp, no correct for temp wich the dyno does and it will be 60+deg in the shop anyways. so i say 360+rwhp at this setting. opening exhaust would probably put my over 400 on the dyno and then turn it up. i could see it breaking 500rwhp. this should be a new thread once we are sure i am going to the dyno, everyones guess and what lets go. for now i am saying 535rwhp

 

so ur basically gonna see how far u can go with nitrous on the stock internals, till it blows?

 

no nitrous, just boost with good fuel

 

I am saying if you take the dress off , turn the boost to where you had it with the 6.0 or past (16-20PSI), along with the C16 gas...it will do 625-650rwhp.

With the correct tune and no knock...of course. I have faith in you Jim.
