Default Soooooo what are the preferred valve springs these days?

I have not bought valve springs in years but i need to buy a set for a head swap coming up. The cam is the one in my sig and there will be some boost added if that makes a difference.

sounds dumb but im running ls-7 springs in my truck i was told there rated to .590 now idk if that would be cutting it too close but i havent had any issues with mine. and there quieter

Do you want single or dual valve springs?

For Single beehive I would go pac, brian tooley springs or psi.

For Dual springs, Pac, PSI, lunati gold for great price to performance ratio @ $225, Crane Springs are usually affordable too, or Manley springs.

I just bought some PSI single springs for my 220/.581 cam. I heard they were the next step above PAC

PAC seem to be the most common these days. I went with Brian Tooley dual springs, I'm fairly certain they are identical to Patriot duals and other duals you see around.

if i were to need new springs today, it would be pac.

Im runnin isky springs. 163A i think they are. Rated for .600"

Got a new set in the shop to put on when i pull the motor for new lifters and such.

Im running prc daul springs .650 lft for my boosted truck and pac 1218s for my ls1. I havent had an issue with either brand in the past.
