Good news. We started to flow the 25176061 injectors today. With any luck we should have them done before the end of the week. The holdup was the connectors we needed from Delphi so that we could make adapters for our flow bench. (smoke and mirrors according to some people on this forum )

We are flowing the injectors at 400KPa / 58PSI to simulate the proper operating environment. These injectors produce a pencil fine stream of fuel through a 3-hole orifice / disc. The injectors come complete with o-rings and rail locks as shown in our ad:
http://www.racetronix.com/Injector_17113739.html

All injectors will come flow-matched in tight groups. These injectors will be available through select Racetronix dealers who support this forum.

Racetronix will also be stocking new connector assemblies and their associated terminals, seals and locks in case someone needs a replacement.

Thanks for all of the info Jack (and everyone else.)

How important is the flow-matching? Does this help get the most out of the injector? Can you have too big an injector, or can you tune them down w/ EDIT?

Flow-matching ensures that all injectors flow within 1-1.5% of each other. Factory tolerance is +/-5% but on some injectors we have seen +/-7% and on the rare occasion a defective injector. This guarantees that you will get equal fuel flow to each cylinder.

Jack - Do you know of any adapter that would adapt the stock truck harness fuel injector connector to a regular style injector(like on a Fbody)??

Then guys switching to regular style injectors wouldn't have to cut and splice on new connectors.

Still working on those fuel pumps.

Delphi does not make an inline connector that mates with the CK injector plug. Unlike some other vehicles GM does not have an intermediate connector so the wires go direct to the PCM. The best we can do is supply the new injector connectors with flying leads or as parts for the end user to install.
