Default sparkplug gap

does anyone know the spark plug gap on a 07 nb 4.8 silverado??

gap should be .040

The ACdelco comes pre-gapped at .40

I went to .60 on my ngk tr55ix

It makes a difference if you switch out the factory iridium plugs for copper plugs (such as NGK TR55's), in which case I would gap them between .055 - .060

x2 my tr55s are gapped at 55. stock ac delcos were 40 iirc

Have mine gapped at .35 or .40. They were .60 and had idling issues with the blower. Sounds strange but it def helped

I got my tr55's gapped at 60, maybe I should try them out at .40 and see if there is a difference.

I put em at 40 there just the e3 plugs

If you're NA your current gap should be fine.... .040 is the spec for an iridium plug...

Personally I'd chuck those plugs and get some NGK's or ACDelco's...my personal experience with Bosch plugs has been horrible, as well as everything that I've heard or read about them
