Got it all out on with the borlas, sounds amazing!!! Will post a video today.

As for the clamps, they suck ***. Before anyone goes for the install go get longer bolts to save your self some time and swearing

Just got my kit in Friday. 1 7/8's with the dual exhaust kit for the 99-06 Crew Cabs. Just wanted to say that it all looks awesome and the headers fit great. I am however curious how much clearance i need between the crossover pipe and the transmission pan. At first it was hitting pretty bad right where the crossover pipe starts to straighten out and turn on the passenger side of the trans pan coming from the drivers side header. With a bit of heat and persuasion from the hammer i have massaged about 3/8" of clearance so far. Truck is a 2003 1500HD 2WD.

Yea, 4L80. There was a heat shield but had to be unbolted for the passenger side header to go in. the collector end of the header ran right into it. I guess i can try modifying that to go back in somehow. I may also try and "pull" that header over a bit somehow too.
