There is no telling about loss with the AWD transfer case. Since its not a true geared case, but relies on fluid pressure to direct torque front / back, it may have more driveline loss than a traditional Tcase. But with the larger dyno numbers we've seen out of the SSs lately, the AWD case may be no hinderance at all.
Definietly the 20s, 4.10s, and the speed limiter held you back.

100 g/s on an unmolested (ie accurately reading MAF) = ~130 FWHP
SOOOOO.... 1 g/s = 1.3 FWHP. Convert to pounds/min is 1.3 / .132 or 9.84848~
So according to Harlan, multiply your MAF pounds by 9.84848 to get your FWHP.

your method: My 44 pounds MAF would be 506 fwhp (too high) and at 20% loss, thats 405 RWHP. No way.
Harlan: My 44 pounds MAF would be 433 fwhp 346 rwhp at 20% loss. Much more realistic.

Personally, I think that the 20% driveline loss is too high. Well, maybe not for the HEMI, which must have a 25%+ loss.
15% loss of 345 fwhp is 293 rwhp.
